The new warehouse design was Ettridge Architecture’s first appointment with Premier Equine, Goxhill in 2010.

Typically, Premier Equine wanted to do a high quality job, so the scheme is very well insulated and efficient to run. Rooflights offer a generous amount of natural light. Light fittings are a mix of LED and ‘daylight’ type lighting, creating a very pleasant working atmosphere.

We have been back since to extend the warehouse and then to complete a new office development. We are currently working on a stunning new stable block, which will be used as a marketing ‘backdrop’ for the successful equine business.
